To secure your reservation, we require the payment of a deposit. This deposit guarantees the availability of the apartment on the selected dates. Once the deposit is received, we will confirm your reservation and block the apartment for you. The remaining amount of the payment can be made at the client’s convenience
We know that unforeseen events can arise, so we clearly explain our cancellation policy:
✅ Cancellation more than 30 days in advance:
If you cancel your reservation at least 1 month before the arrival date, we will refund 100% of the deposit you have paid.
🔁 Cancellation between 14 and 30 days before arrival:
If you cancel your reservation between 2 weeks and 1 month before the scheduled entry date, 50% of the deposit will be returned to you.
❌ Cancellation less than 14 days in advance:
If you cancel your reservation within 2 weeks prior to arrival, no refund of the deposit will be made.
Yes, as long as there is no reservation for the next day and you have booked directly with us, we will offer you free late check-out, usually until 7:00 PM or 8:00 PM, as a courtesy. You just have to check with us in advance!
No, we do not rent the farm for events, as we seek to preserve the tranquility of the natural environment and keep the field as clean and cared for as possible. Our priority is to offer a relaxing experience in the middle of nature.
No, no commissions are applied. By booking directly with us, you benefit from a fairer price, since we discount the commissions that other platforms usually charge for their use.
Yes, you can book the accommodation even if there are fewer people. However, keep in mind that the space is rented complete, so the price is the same as for 13 people. In addition, in reservations for up to 13 people, the main room, the adjoining room and the third full bathroom will not be opened, as they are designed for larger groups.
